How often do you encounter a client circumstance which should be reflected somehow in your Statement of Advice but you just can’t find the right words to describe it?  

Or you are rushing to write a letter to a client and would love to be able to pluck some simple text out of the air and pop it into the letter with a minimum of fuss?  When you are busy the words often just won’t come…

These situations add to the time you spend managing the ‘backroom’ of your communication and advice processes. The more you can automate the production of these written pieces the more productive you will become.

This is what the Text Library is designed to help you with – it’s a great way to hit the ground running when you are busy.  There are dozens of paragraphs as well as additional tips for extra wording where appropriate – all giving you a head start in constructing your communications and advice.

The text is designed to be plain English and to correctly represent common situations.  Please ensure you check that the context is correct for your client and alter these as much as you like and need to, once they are in your document.

Then there is the Standard Document library – a collection of fully templated documents which you can use as letters or emails to communicate with your clients and your referral partners during the advice process.  There are some useful forms for communicating with insurers as well – and all these documents are set out in categories which follow the flow of the advice process.
