Sue Laing - Managing Director, the risk store (Your MC)

Sue is well known to many of you as the face of the risk store. Sue has 34 years experience working on all sides of the life risk insurance industry and she has a passion for helping you improve the job you do and the business you run. Sue will be your MC and panel chair for this event.
Marc Fabris - Strategic Marketing Manager - Life Risk, Zurich

Marc Fabris is the Strategic Marketing Manager for Zurich’s Life Risk business and drives product development, liaises with risk researchers, and is responsible for the development of adviser support tools and training programs. His role in the Forum will be to bring the 'adviser balance' in to Alex's claims management overview - he has 8 years of advising in his background.

Alex Wagner - Manager Life Claims - Zurich

Alex has worked in the industry for 15 years, initially straight from the police force into investigations roles and, for the past 8 years, as a claims manager for several insurers and now Zurich. His investigative background in the police force, too, gives him the capacity to communicate to you during the Forum, the logic and practicality behind industry claims assessment processes.

Tony Negline - Principal of Financial and Technical Solutions

Tony is a superannuation guru! He has been appearing on podiums over all his 20 years in the industry, either in his senior technical roles with ING or Norwich, or as an independent consultant for the last 7 years. He has written the weekly DIY Super column for The Australian newspaper for the last four years. He'll take us on the superannuation claims journey to ensure we all 'get it right'.

Dani Peer - Principal, The Peer Effect

Dani, too, has been seen at many industry events as a key speaker. He is an accountant by qualification, a psychologist at heart and a comic by nature. His understanding of human nature and his translation of that into financial behaviours and insights will give you a refreshing view of the client engagement process, using claims as the 'lever'.
