Marc Fabris - Strategic Marketing Manager - Life Risk, Zurich
Marc Fabris is the Strategic Marketing Manager for Zurich’s Life Risk business and drives product development, liaises with risk researchers, and is responsible for the development of adviser support tools and training programs. His role in the Forum will be to bring the 'adviser balance' in to Alex's claims management overview - he has 8 years of advising in his background.

Alex Wagner - Manager Life Claims - Zurich
Alex has worked in the industry for 15 years, initially straight from the police force into investigations roles and, for the past 8 years, as a claims manager for several insurers and now Zurich. His investigative background in the police force, too, gives him the capacity to communicate to you during the Forum, the logic and practicality behind industry claims assessment processes.

Tony is a superannuation guru! He has been appearing on podiums over all his 20 years in the industry, either in his senior technical roles with ING or Norwich, or as an independent consultant for the last 7 years. He has written the weekly DIY Super column for The Australian newspaper for the last four years. He'll take us on the superannuation claims journey to ensure we all 'get it right'. |
