Set in the heart of South Wharf, an area set to become Melbourne's newest business and dining precinct, the stylish Hilton Melbourne South Wharf Hotel is located conveniently accessible from the airport and the cosmopolitan city centre.

Each of the contemporary Guest Rooms and Suites have been innovatively designed and are inspired by the iconic Yarra River. Offering panoramic views of either the bay or the bustling city, every accommodation features a flat screen LCD TV. As the only hotel with direct access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre via airbridge, Hilton offers guests attending the Risk Store Annual Life Risk Forum the ease of walking directly to the main plenary, the breakout rooms and the sponsor partners' piazza, from within the hotel. Delegates bringing along partners, spouses and family can energise with a workout in the complimentary Fitness Room, before visiting the colourful city centre for sightseeing and shopping. Rooms are strictly subject to availability (special rate MAY NOT APPLY IF BLOCK BOOKING IS FULL). We cannot guarantee these rates or availability. GST is included in these rates.

We have negotiated for these special rates to apply for delegates staying from up to

Deposits
All accommodation bookings must be made direct with the hotel and accompanied by credit card details for security. No bookings will be confirmed by the hotel until you call the above number and provide your email address including credit card details. Each delegate must settle the remainder of their account direct with the hotel upon check-out.

Early Arrivals
Standard hotel check in time is 2 pm. Luggage storage is available on check-in if rooms are not available.


Late Arrivals
If you will be arriving to the hotel after 5 pm, please ensure your arrival time is clearly advised on your registration form in the space provided. If you do not alert the hotel to your late arrival, they may release your reservation and the forum organisers will not be responsible for any cost or inconvenience caused.

Amendments or Cancellations
All amendments or cancellations to your accommodation booking must be made in writing directly with the hotel. Cancellations received after 12.00 of scheduled day of arrival will incur 100% room charge. Before that time no cancelation fee will be charged by the hotel.
