About the risk store
Have you ever been in a conference presentation, or watched a CPD video, or read an article, and thought "I wish I could get access to more stuff like this!"
After many years of having advisers ask me whether there was a ‘store’ of my learning tools available, I decided it was about time to say “Yes!!”
So I developed
the risk store. Our team is very excited about being able to help advisers to learn more and apply that learning to their day-to-day dealings with the life risk advice process – or just simply to refine SoAs, or improve their client engagement techniques, or rethink the way they present the need for trauma.
After all, advising on life risk insurance involves dealing with intangibles and the natural reluctance of clients to talk about the nasty side of life. It’s a double whammy of a struggle sometimes, isn’t it? That said, life risk advice is so important to our clients that we owe it to them to do the very best job we can – and we hope we can help with that. There will also be an active programme to engage the expertise of many others within the industry who have value to add to this risk learning 'hub'.
As time goes on we will offer more services and support from a range of sources – all with the aim of filling the life risk learning and practice gaps in the market and giving you the opportunity to share ideas with other advisers in life risk insurances.
